Eco SSSS - Students & Staff Suggestion Scheme :

The current ITE standard email is set with 12 Arial font with multi-line sign-off: i.e.  name and designation (bold), department, Contact no and address; this lengthens the email page and results in wastage especially when one needs to print the document.

Example:

Gary Wong

Lecturer/Electrical Engineering

School of Engineering

ITE College East , 10 Simei Avenue, Singapore 486047

Tel: +65 6544 9573 | Fax: +65 6544 9599 | Website: www.ite.edu.sg

I suggest modify the standard email to reduce the font to 10 or 11 and have a maximum 2-line sign-off:

E.g.

Gary Wong||Lecturer||Electrical Engineering||Sch of Engineering||10 Simei Avenue, Singapore 486047

Tel: +65 6544 9573 | Fax: +65 6544 9599 | Website: www.ite.edu.sg
